We realise that parents want to know how their child is
"measuring up". Does she know what she needs to know? Is he doing enough?
It is important for your child to follow a work program which is appropriate to their
individual needs. In schools today, students are working at different levels of
difficulty but sitting in the same class-room. This is worrying for parents who
would like to know whether their children are making progress.
To answer this question the monitoring system was introduced in 2005, and it has been an
enormous success. In fact, we never dreamed that it would be met with such a great response
from our students.
We look after your child
The tutors receive a copy of the reports on your PC, and analyse progress. Because the program
is designed to match the curriculum, and because our unique reporting system sends very detailed
information, we can quickly assess exactly how your child is progressing.
It’s so easy to send your reports, you don’t even have to use email. Parents can do it, or kids
can do it. All you have to do is open your Maths Wiz program and click a button on the main menu.
Encouragement Reports
Our tutor’s study your child’s results carefully and give encouragement and guidance. So you can be
sure your child is doing the right thing.
This also encourages students to keep using the CDs regularly, because they feel they are supported
and not alone. And they have guidance as to what they need to do, from a real person. That feels good,
and is a way of keeping in touch with our students and parents and building a learning community.
